Violence, Anger Management, and Prevention Workshop
(VAMP) 2019 - To Date
VAMP has been put in place for our youth, specifically, to alleviate the destructive behaviors that have increased amongst the youth of today. We are focusing on breaking social barriers, cultural stereotypes, mental health stigma, trauma, abuse, bullying, and the adverse effects of gangs in our communities.

With a special emphasis on the effects of Coronavirus within the above mentioned framework. (2 Part discussion)
1. The Good Word `Foundation is continuing the mission of Community based violence prevention and mediation. As a community based organization that deals primarily with children, family, and rehabilitative services, we find that in every sector we service, violence is present and real. This has brought about an ever present need to have open dialogue to identify, catalog, and report accurate information.
2. This “VAMP” panel discussion is aimed toward
a. The continued development of positive and interactive dialogue in the area of violence prevention and mediation.
b. The compiling and cataloging of accurate on the ground data.
c. The implementation of programs needed to curve all forms of violence in the community, based on data.
3. Compile data on the effects of the Coronavirus concerning Domestic Violence specifically and community violence in general.
